This two-story high house, located in the Belgrano Neighbourhood, is established in a way that achieves the best orientation and sunlight during most of the day.
In the ground level are the social rooms, overlooking a green area which can be appreciated from any interior location. In the upper level three bedrooms and an office room were projected, each with a great orientation and visuals towards the green exterior frame.
The design of the façades respects the typical construction materials used on the region's architecture, with a stone skirting board, wooden panelling and white-coloured plastering.
