Built in a plot of land of generous proportions in the Belgrano Neighbourhood, this single-family house was developed in three levels with defined functions.
A semi-subsoil holds the garage and barbecue room; ground level with living room and dining room, kitchen, daily dining room and other service rooms; and the upper floor contains the private spaces: bedrooms, office room and bathrooms.
The house's image is austere and formal. A roof made of slate of great volume "hugs" the first floor. Its plastering in white, and usage of stone and wood help to emphasize the idea.
