This two-story building was destined in the whole ground level for a flower shop, while the second level holds two apartments for the owners of the shop, being connected to the shop by an internal ladder.

The shop is wide and in time, several parts were added, such as greenhouses and exterior spaces, covered in half shadow for the care and exhibition of different species of plants, flowers, shrubs and trees.
