Location: Mitre and Onelli - Bariloche

In a corner-shaped piece of land in the street Mitre, and with a strong slope which the street Onelli shapes with its stair case, this building was set.

With 22 apartments, the building progressively reaches the maximum height with a facade withdrawal and a movement of extended shapes, balconies and roofs, which give an original stamp to this corner.

This building holds two commercial stores in the street level and the access to the apartments and garages which were set in the first subsoil level and above, in the first floor.

The crown of this corner was solved with a glass volume, giving the complex a special iconographic image.
