Location: Bustillo Avenue Km. 3,600 - Bariloche
Building: Draft project for a fuel station – 46,53m² (plus open spaced areas) – 1997

With the target of solving a vehicular circulation knot, due to the vehicles that fill their fuel tanks over Av. Bustillo, the owners of the YPF Melipal fuel station entrusted this studio with a preliminary projection study for fuel pumps station over the northern sidewalk of the avenue.

This plan, which solely delimits a space with a very light structure so that the visuals to the lake won't be interrupted, contemplates besides the whole parking area, a way down to the lakeside and a construction of a public beach.

The ecological aspect was specially studied, with a specialized advising to consider right from the start, the necessary requirements to safeguard the surrounding landscape.
