Building: Draft for a refurbishment and internal modification of an electricity shop – 1777,00m² – 2003/4

Over an existing building and at the request of the owner, we thought manly over the function of the place, mainly as a commercial store, being destined to this activity the ground level and first floor, and also conserving an existing apartment and projecting new offices in the superior levels.

The treatment of the façades was materialized in stone, glass and wood, with rounded volumes and sloped roofs, emphasizing the different projected heights.

The interior of the upper level balconies over the ground level, both connected by a set of stairs of important dimensions, which gives at the same time a feeling of walking through an interrupted space.
