At the centre of the town, in a spectacular cornered piece of land is where this business enterprise takes place. It was developed with a modern and functional design for a building of apartments, stores and garages. It's a building of a free perimeter, so that all of the stores face the exterior, creating a withdrawal from the two streets and the southern divisor axis.

The volumes accompany the land's natural slope and a set of roofs, which gives a particular look to the great main volume of the building, emphasize this movement of projection of shapes, balconies and terraces.

In the angle of the corner, a volume defines the crowning, giving the first, second and third floors a space of living rooms with a different image.
