Starting up from a programme required by the owner, this building is developed in a floor level, two higher levels and an loft, with typical urban-scaled lines, following the environment of low-level constructions.

In the floor level there are commercial stores and in the higher levels, wide apartments with special characteristics, since in a whole floor there is a loft for the building's owner.

Closed projected shapes, balconies, chimneys and other elements make up the variety of volumes, accompanied by materials such as bricks, slates and wooden panellings.
