This project was taken as an example for the application of the new Hotel Regulations / Hotel with cabins and additional services Regulations.

In a strategic geographical situation, right at the beginning of Circuito Chico is where we set this unique complex of lodgings and cabins, which its initial premise was to be integrated with the surrounding landscape and responding with technical solutions to the guest's needs as well as to the harsh area climate.

The lodging house is developed in three levels, articulating the reception and lobby with the living room, dining room, kitchen, storing room, meeting room and administration on the one hand; and the health club area (which has a sauna, massage cabinet, gymnasium and in-out pool) on the other.

The service area in the subsoil has differentiated accesses and consists of a deposit area, machinery room, changing rooms for the staff, laundry room, etc.
The twelve en-suite rooms plus a master suite room, occupy the superior levels, their dimensions are very generous and they all have a hydro massage bathtub; they are all facing the north, with a sight towards the Nahuel Huapi Lake, intertwined with the surrounding trees.
The cabin units have all been set in pairs, always securing the visuals towards the woods.
Each unit is developed in two levels, entering on the ground level through a semi-sheltered space which sometimes works as a parking area. The rest of the ground level consists of a kitchen integrated with the dining room area, a fireplace and a wooden deck expansion towards the gardens. In the upper level there are the bedrooms and bathrooms.
