Location: Arelauquen Golf & Country Club - Bariloche
Building: Single-Family Housing – 290 m² - 2003/2004

This preliminary plan in Arelauquen private neighbourhood was developed along a contemporary image, clean architecture, austere of monochromatic volumes. The house leans over the golf course. The geometric simple lines of volumes in three levels (one of them semi grounded) are set towards the green land of the surrounding terrain.

A staircase leads from the garden to the terrace which acts as an expansion of the family-encountering rooms: the living room and dining room, both articulated with an enhancing fireplace.

Two bedrooms each with dressing rooms and bathrooms are located in the semi-subsoil, and in the upper level the suite-main room of important dimensions is located.

The four main materials which solve the external aspect are: stone, plastic plastering, cypress wood-panelling and black metallic sheets.
