Building: Single-Family House and Barbecue-Room – 176,00 m² - 1983/1995

On a cornered flat piece of land in Jardin Botanico Neighbourhood, this house was sketched out with a simple programme, opening up the most important rooms towards the opposite side of the streets. The garden is the centre of the house and to which all the rooms face to.

This house of rectangular floor plan possesses an access emphasized by a pergola. From the entrance hall one can see the social area. That is where the rest of the rooms in the floor level are interconnected and it where one can climb up the stairs from to the higher level.

The white outside image of the house is cut by vertical walls of stone and a roof of slates lights up the colours next to the horizontal wooden panelling.
