In a plot of land of special characteristics, with a panoramic view overlooking the Nahuel Huapi Lake, with the best orientation and sunlight conditions possibly expected, this house is set, being integrated with the landscape, responding with technical solutions to the demands of the region's harsh climate conditions.
The fundamental premise was to set every room to the northern/lake orientation, facing the service rooms, circulations and garage to the south. The importantly uneven piece of land was also determining to the design of the house.
Thus all of the rooms are able to receive natural illumination, emphasizing the idea that in each of them users can appreciate the landscape.
The materials that were used for the exterior are wood, black "escallas" rocks, San Luis slabs, a roof of black metallic tiles and green plastic plastering. Every room is complemented with wooden decks or black tiled paths, offering continuity between interiors and exteriors, culminating in a wonderful landscape
