Location: 1450 Tucumán, Belgrano Neighbourhood - Bariloche
Building: Project, direction and building work administration of a Single-Family House - 303,58 m² - 2006

The lake acting as the centre stage of the visuals, was the main axis that defined the disposition of the rooms in this single-family housing, to accomplish in each and every one of them a great orientation and visuals. The path of the house in the longitudinal axis always culminates in decks and balconies in every level and always facing the north.
Towards the west, independently, there's an atelier next to the entrance without entering the house. Then there's the space for car storage which sometimes acts as a barbecue room.

Towards the east, the public and private spaces are organized in two levels.
The exterior image is plastered in plastic of a vivid colour, combined with "escalla" rocks and roofs of black metal sheets.
